These terms are short because there is not much to agree to. ## What you make is yours Codes you export are yours, forever. We claim no rights over them and take no licence to whatever you put in them. Use them for anything, including commercially — there is nothing to buy, no watermark to remove, and no attribution to give. They also depend on nothing of ours. The content is encoded in the image itself, so an exported code keeps working whether or not Studio does. We could not switch one off if we wanted to. ## What we promise, and what we do not Studio is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, and we may pause, change or withdraw it without notice. Codes you have already exported are unaffected by any of that, for the reason above. The preflight verdict is an honest estimate, not a certification. It re-reads the code you designed and reports what it finds, but printing is physical: ink spreads, labels curve, surfaces reflect and scanners differ. Print a sample and scan it before committing to a run. Because Studio is free and we can see none of what you make with it, we cannot take responsibility for what a code does once it leaves here — a mistyped link, a code that does not scan in the field, or a print run that has to be repeated. Checking the code before it is printed is yours to do, and the preflight is there to help you do it. ## Using it Do not encode unlawful content, and do not use Studio to send people somewhere that will harm or deceive them. Do not try to break the site for other people. That is the whole list. ## Putting it in your own site You may embed the designer in your own site, on your own pages, for free and without asking. Three conditions, and they are the whole list: leave the “Made with Repoint Studio” wordmark where it is; do not present the designer as your own product or imply we endorse yours; and do not use it to collect credentials, payment details or anything else it was not built to ask for. We may change or withdraw the embed — see [the integration page](/embed) for what is versioned and what is not — and it comes with the same absence of warranty as everything else here. ## Your data Nothing you type into a code is sent to us. What we do record when you export, and it is only ever settings, is listed in full on the [privacy page](/privacy). ## Buying us a coffee There is nothing to buy here. If you choose to send us something anyway, it is a voluntary gift, taken by Buy Me a Coffee under their terms and not ours, and we never see your card. It unlocks no feature, buys no support, and changes nothing above — including the part where Studio comes with no guarantee that it will be available. ## Changes If these terms change, the date below changes with them.
